Sent by email
If you bought a digital product from the shop you will receive an email from noreply@cambridge.org that contains your activation code made up of a string of 16 numbers and letters. Please remember to check your junk/spam folder.
Please note: If you bought your code on an iOS device and used the ‘Hide my email’ function, the secure email generated by Apple will be different to your actual email, and we won't be able to send you your code.
If this applies to you, fill out this form with your details so we can find your order:
- Order ID
- Title purchased
- Date of the purchase
- Your full name
Printed on the inside cover of your book
Activation codes are printed on the inside cover of your Student's book or Workbook, or given to you by your teacher. If you belong to a school, check with your teacher first.
Please note: Not all books include a code for digital resources. If your book does not contain one, it may not include online access. You can check what your book includes by entering its ISBN (the number on the back of your book, under the barcode) on the English Shop. If the product is tagged as ‘Book (Paperback)’, this means it does not include an activation code. Books with digital resources will be labelled as ‘Book & Digital (Print/online bundle)’.
